As an IT Solutions Consultant at RS Tech Solutions, you will play a vital role in delivering cutting-edge IT solutions to our clients, addressing their unique business needs and challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and IT requirements. Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Develop comprehensive IT solutions that align with clients' goals and requirements. Design and architect technology solutions, considering factors such as scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Possess a strong understanding of a wide range of IT technologies and systems, including networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, database management, and enterprise solutions. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Lead IT solution implementation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Define project objectives, create project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor for all IT-related matters. Provide ongoing support, address concerns, and proactively identify opportunities for additional solutions or services.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of implemented IT solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on the proper usage and maintenance of implemented IT solutions. Offer ongoing technical support and address inquiries or problems that may arise post-implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of Product Management, Product Marketing or Product Growth experience with creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving product vision and defining go-to-market strategy
- Proven experience in IT consulting, solution design, or a related role
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies
- Strong project management skills and ability to work across different product teams
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Communicates well in both written and verbal English
